   Prices: All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

4. Shipping
   Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for all orders within the EU.
   Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to EU countries. Expansion to other regions is planned in the future.
   Delivery Time:
   Germany: 2-5 business days
   Other EU countries: 3-10 business days
   During Christmas and Easter, delivery times may be longer.

5. Returns and Refunds

   Conditions: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
   Refund Process: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to appear in your account.
   Non-refundable Items: Sale items and custom-made products are not eligible for refunds.
