Refund Policy
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the return is sent with postage due, we will deduct the shipping fees and an additional handling charge from your refund.
Please ensure that the return is sent using a trackable shipping method.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and free from damage. Products that have been used will not be eligible for a refund.
We are unable to process refunds if the item is returned without the original packaging, accessories, or tags.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item. After that, please allow up to two weeks for the refunded amount to be processed and appear in your account.
